A resolution establishing the Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence.

(a) In general. The Select Committee may submit to the Senate reports, findings, and recommendations concerning matters within its jurisdiction, including recommendations for legislative or administrative action.

(b) Legislative proposals. The Select Committee may develop and submit legislative proposals relating to artificial intelligence and may consider and report legislation referred to it in accordance with section 4(b).

(c) Coordination. The Select Committee may transmit its findings and recommendations to standing and select committees of the Senate with jurisdiction over the matters addressed in such findings and recommendations.

(d) Protection of information. Any report submitted under this section shall be prepared and made available in a manner consistent with applicable requirements governing the protection of classified or otherwise sensitive information.
