Support for Universities and Colleges to Champion the Educational Success of Survivors Act of 2026 or the SUCCESS Act of 2026

This bill requires the Department of Education to award competitive grants to eligible institutions of higher education for implementing patient-centered academic counseling services and other services for students who are survivors of sexual assault and other violence.

Sec. 4. Severability

If any provision of this Act or any amendment made by this Act, or any application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance, is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the provisions of this Act and the amendments made by this Act, and the application of the provision or amendment to any other person or circumstance, shall not be affected.
