Sec. 3. Pilot program for reporting of background check denials and status changes to state victim notification systems

Sec. 4. Rule of construction

Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to affect an individual’s right to possess, receive, ship, or transport a firearm that is otherwise permitted by law.
