No United States Aid for Terrorism Act

In this Act:

(1) Appropriate congressional committees. The term appropriate congressional committees means—

(A) the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; and

(B) the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives.

(2) Palestinian governing entity. The term Palestinian governing entity means—

(A) the Palestinian Authority;

(B) Hamas;

(C) any ministry, agency, instrumentality, or other governmental body of the Palestinian Authority or Hamas; and

(D) any successor, affiliated, or other Palestinian entity that exercises governmental or administrative authority over any portion of the West Bank or Gaza.
