(a) Appropriation for Secretary of Labor. There are authorized to be appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2027, and each subsequent fiscal year, to enable the Secretary of Labor to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act, including enforcement activities.
(b) Appropriation for the Secretary of Health and Human Services. There are authorized to be appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2027, and each subsequent fiscal year, to enable the Secretary of Health and Human Services to carry out the amendments made by this Act, including implementation and enforcement activities.
