(a) ERISA. Section 715(a)(1) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1185d(a)(1)) is amended by inserting and parts D and E of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act (as amended by title VI the Health CARE Act of 2026) after Affordable Care Act).
(b) Internal Revenue Code. Section 9815(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by inserting and parts D and E of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act (as amended by title VI of the Health CARE Act of 2026) after Affordable Care Act).
