Sec. 7.
Employee matters
(a) Conflict of interest. No officer or employee of the Department may participate in any particular matter in which that officer or employee has a financial interest.
(b) Financial interests. No officer or employee of the Department may own or hold a controlling financial interest in any entity regulated by the Department.
(c) Post-Employment. No former officer or employee of the Department may represent any person before the Department.
