STARS Act of 2026

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives a report that includes—

(1) a proposed final site for the Academy within the State of Florida;

(2) a proposed academic and leadership curriculum;

(3) proposed service obligations for graduates;

(4) an estimated construction and operational budget; and

(5) an implementation timeline.
