Sec. 209.
Clarification regarding employment eligibility
Section 208(d)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1158(d)(2)) is amended—
(1) by striking prior to 180 days and inserting before the date that is 1 year; and
(2) by inserting and such authorization shall expire on the date that is 6 months after the date on which it is granted before the period at the end.
