Section 340B(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 256b(b)), as amended by section 4(a), is further amended by adding at the end the following:

(6) Child site.
In this section, the term child site means a site that is wholly-owned and operated by a covered entity.
(7) Contract pharmacy.
In this section, the term contract pharmacy means a pharmacy with which a covered entity has contracted to dispense covered outpatient drugs on behalf of the covered entity whether distributed in person or via mail.
