Expressing support for the recognition of September 2026, as "National Children's Emotional Wellness Month" and for increased public awareness regarding children's emotional health and wellness.

That the House of Representatives—

(1) supports the recognition of Children’s Emotional Wellness Month; and

(2) encourages all individuals, communities, schools, organizations, and Government agencies to observe through educational programming and workshops, school-based emotional wellness initiatives, and public campaigns promoting emotional literacy and resilience.
