Recognizing the 25th pastoral anniversary of Bishop C.T. Wells and the ministry of Emmanuel Church.

That the House of Representatives—

(1) recognizes and celebrates the 25th pastoral anniversary of Bishop C.T. Wells and his distinguished record of spiritual leadership, community service, and unwavering commitment to uplifting the people of Portland and communities throughout the Pacific Northwest and the Nation;

(2) commends the ministry of Emmanuel Church and spiritual leadership of Bishop C.T. Wells for enduring commitment to supporting the community;

(3) honors the generations of leaders, staff, volunteers, and community members whose service has supported the tenure of Bishop C.T. Wells over the past 25 years; and

(4) encourages continued ministry, community service, civic engagement, and spiritual leadership.
