Honoring the victims and survivors of the December 13, 2025, mass shooting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

That the House of Representatives—

(1) condemns this senseless act of violence and offers its condolences to those killed and injured and their families and loved ones;

(2) honors the memory of Ella Cook and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov;

(3) commends the first responders who responded to the tragedy;

(4) expresses its solidarity with the Brown University community, the City of Providence, and the State of Rhode Island; and

(5) recognizes that the scourge of gun violence will not end without Congressional action.
