Sec. 1. Short title

Sec. 2. Modifications to labor stabilization program transition

Sec. 3. Rulemaking

Sec. 4. Unlawful presence

Sec. 5. Effective date; Applicability

Except as specifically otherwise provided, this Act and the amendments made by this Act—

(1) shall take effect on the first day of the first fiscal year after the date of the enactment of this Act; and

(2) shall apply to petitions for Commonwealth Only Transitional Workers filed on or after such date.
