Sec. 1. Short title

Sec. 2. Funding and assistance under the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act

Section 4(i) of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714b(i)) is amended by striking shall not at any time exceed in the aggregate $30,000,000,000. and inserting shall not exceed in the aggregate $45,000,000,000 for the period beginning on the date of the enactment of the Defend American Agriculture Act through September 30, 2031, and shall not at any time after September 30, 2031, exceed in the aggregate $30,000,000,000..
