Sec. 1. Short title

Sec. 2. Prohibition on certain cell phone voice communications

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue a final rule with respect to the regulations required to be issued under section 41725 of title 49, United States Code.
