Sec. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the People Over Poison Act.

Sec. 2. Protecting tort claims under State law related to labeling or packaging of pesticides or devices

Section 24(b) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136v(b)) is amended by adding at the end the following: The previous sentence shall not be construed to prohibit or otherwise limit a claim related to the labeling or packaging of pesticides or devices under the tort law of any State..
