Sec. 2.
Increase in funding
Section 477(h)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 677(h)(1)) is amended by striking $140,000,000 or, beginning in fiscal year 2020, $143,000,000 and inserting $163,000,000 for each fiscal year.
