Section 523(a)(8) of title 11, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking for— and inserting for, other than funds provided as part of an OBF product (as defined in section 140(h) of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1650(h))—.
