Sec. 1. Short title

Sec. 2. Sense of Congress

Sec. 3. Manufacturing revitalization exchange program

Sec. 4. Implementation coordination assistance

Sec. 5. Authority to engage in independent consultation

Sec. 6. Study for future expansion

The Assistant Secretary shall conduct a study on how to expand and sustain the Program in the future so that it builds partnerships with private sector, manufacturing entities, the Department of Labor, the Department of Commerce, and labor organizations, which may be conducted in consultation with the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Commerce, Manufacturing USA, relevant Government agencies, and labor organizations.
