In carrying out section 3(a), the Assistant Secretary is authorized and encouraged to consult, as appropriate, with Manufacturing USA and other relevant manufacturing, technical, and workforce organizations to inform the identification and selection of other priority manufacturing sectors to cooperate with when carrying out the American Manufacturing Revitalization Program.
