Section 22402(f) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
Text this section adds to the law
(8) Availability of grant amounts.
Amounts provided under the heading Office of the Secretary—National Infrastructure Investments in the Department of Transportation Appropriations Act, 2016 (title I of division L of Public Law 114–113), the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2018 (title I of division L of Public Law 115–141), or any subsequent appropriation Act may be used to pay credit risk premiums under this subsection.
