Sec. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Federal Accountability for Felony Obstruction Act or the FAFO Act.

Sec. 2. Inclusion of property damage in definition of domestic terrorism

Section 2331(5)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:

Text this section adds to the law

(A) involve acts that—

(i) are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, and that are dangerous to human life or are likely to cause significant damage to property; and

(ii) that obstruct or impede—

(I) a law enforcement officer or a first responder in carrying out their duties; or

(II) a person seeking medical attention;
