Section 2331(5)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
Text this section adds to the law
(A)
involve acts that—
(i)
are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, and that are dangerous to human life or are likely to cause significant damage to property; and
(ii)
that obstruct or impede—
(I)
a law enforcement officer or a first responder in carrying out their duties; or
