(a) In general. Section 36B(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—
(1) in subparagraph (B)(i), by inserting or section 5000A(f)(1)(B), and
(2) by striking subparagraph (C).
(b) Effective date. The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
