Section 1135(b) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–5(b)) is amended—
(1) in paragraph (6), by striking and after the semicolon;
(2) in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
(8) requirements for payment for telehealth services under section 1834(m).
