Iranian Temporary Immigration Relief Act

(a) Interim final rule. Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish an interim final rule implementing this Act, which shall take effect immediately upon publication.

(b) Final rule. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish a final rule implementing this Act after providing an opportunity for public comment on the interim final rule.
