Text of the bill
Sec. 3.
Definitions
In this Act:
(1) Large employer. The term large employer means any employer that—
(A) has annual gross revenues of $1,000,000,000 or more; or
(B) employs 500 or more employees nationwide; as determined by the Secretary of Labor.
(2) Other employer. The term other employer means any employer that does not meet the definition of a large employer.
