In this Act—

(1) the term appropriate congressional committees means—

(A) the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives; and

(B) the Committee on Finance of the Senate; and

(2) the term online streaming service means any digital service delivering audiovisual or audio programming to users in Canada via the internet.
