Securing Facilities for Mental Health Services Act

Not later than the expiration of the 2-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall submit a report to the Congress assessing the results and effectiveness of the expansion of the hospital mortgage insurance program under section 242 of the National Housing Act pursuant to the amendments made by section 2 of this Act.
