Sec. 2.
Establishment of higher rates of regularly scheduled overtime pay for certain U.S. Border Patrol agents
Section 5550(h) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in the subsection heading, by striking GS–12 Border Patrol agents and inserting Border Patrol agents classified from grade GS–12 through GS–15; and
(2) in paragraph (1), by striking a position at grade GS–12 and inserting a position from grade GS–12 through GS–15.
