Protect Honduran Democracy Act

The President, acting through the Secretary of State, is authorized to provide assistance on a grant basis to nongovernmental organizations for activities—

(1) to monitor the national elections in Honduras to take place on November 30, 2025; and

(2) to assess the extent to which these elections are held on a free and fair basis.
