Sec. 2.
Prohibition on training and education at Federal service academies regarding critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion
No Federal funds may be obligated or expended to establish a curriculum, or to provide training or education based on critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion at any of the following institutions:
(1) The United States Military Academy.
(2) The United States Naval Academy.
(3) The United States Air Force Academy.
(4) The United States Coast Guard Academy.
(5) The United States Merchant Marine Academy.
