Sec. 3. Funding

Section 1241 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3841) is amended—

(1) in subsection (a)—

(A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting and for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 with respect to paragraph (5), after 2031,; and

(B) by adding at the end the following:

Text this section adds to the law

(5) The forest conservation easement program established under subtitle I, using $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.

; and

(2) in subsection (b), by inserting , and each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 with respect to paragraph (5) of that subsection, after 2031.
