Section 51706 of title 46, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in subsection (c)(1)(B)(iii), by striking nonprofit entity and inserting entity; and
(2) by adding to the end the following:
(d) Authorization of Appropriations. There is authorized to be appropriated out of the Maritime Security Trust Fund, established under section 50301(b) of this title, to carry out this section, $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035.
