Section 2511(f) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (30 U.S.C. 242(f); Public Law 102–486) is amended—
(1) by striking as prescribed by the Secretary; and
(2) by inserting before the period the following: in the same manner as required by title II of the Mining Waste, Fraud, and Abuse Prevention Act of 2025.
