21st Century Vehicle Choice Act

(a) In general. Section 25E(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—

(1) by striking $4,000 in paragraph (1) and inserting $8,000, and

(2) by striking 30 percent in paragraph (2) and inserting 60 percent.

(b) Credit made permanent. Section 25E of such Code is amended by striking subsection (g).

(c) Effective date. The amendments made by this section shall apply to vehicles acquired after the date of the enactment of this Act.
