Sec. 4.
Exception to student unit record ban
Text this section adds to the law
Section 134(b) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1015c(b)) is amended—
(1) by striking (1) is necessary and inserting (1)(A) is necessary;
(2) by striking (2) was in and inserting (B) was in;
(3) by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or; and
(4) by adding at the end the following:
(2) is necessary for the operation of section 486B.
