San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Reauthorization Act

This Act may be cited as the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Reauthorization Act.

Section 110 of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763A–222), as enacted into law by section 1(a)(4) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–554), is amended—

(1) in subsection (a)(3)(A)(ii), by striking for a period not to exceed 10 years, following the initial date of operation of the project; and

(2) in subsection (d)(1), by striking $146,200,000 and inserting $250,000,000.
