Pesticide Data Transparency Act

The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not issue, implement, or enforce any regulation, guidance document, or interpretive rule that may prevent or significantly delay the public disclosure of the records and data described in section 1491(b) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 136i–1(b)).
