(a) National Science Foundation. To carry out this Act, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Director $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2031.

(b) Department of Energy. To carry out this Act, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
