Sec. 4.
Department of Artificial Intelligence
(a) In general. There is an executive department of the United States to be known as the Department of Artificial Intelligence.
(b) Purpose. The purpose of the Department is to safeguard the public from the dangers of artificial intelligence, including by enforcing a pause on development of advanced artificial intelligence and a prohibition on artificial superintelligence.
