Sec. 15. International coordination and policy

(a) Coordination. The Secretary of Artificial Intelligence, in coordination with the Secretary of State shall pursue international agreements and allied coordination to prevent the development of artificial superintelligence.

(b) Policy. It shall be the policy of the United States to prevent the development of artificial superintelligence globally, which may include export controls on artificial intelligence computing infrastructure.
