Textile Waste Reduction Act

The Administrator shall—

(1) identify Federal financial assistance and incentives, including grants, loans, subsidies, and other funding opportunities, that are available to encourage and support efforts by States, local governments, Tribal Governments, and nongovernmental organizations to advance textile circularity;

(2) publish information about such Federal financial assistance and incentives on the website of the Environmental Protection Agency; and

(3) update such information at least twice each year.
