Textile Waste Reduction Act

(a) In general. The Administrator shall take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate to advance textile circularity, including prescribing regulations as the Administrator determines necessary to carry out this Act.

(b) Coordination. In carrying out this section, the Administrator shall coordinate and collaborate with covered stakeholders and take into account the findings and activities of the Interagency Working Group and the Advisory Board.
