I Support for All Schools to Provide a Well-Rounded Education

Sec. 10129. Amendments to adult and juvenile offender demonstration projects

Section 2976(b)(4) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10631) is amended—

(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and;

(2) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); and

(3) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following:

Text this section adds to the law

(B) use arts education to facilitate reentry into the community, reduce recidivism rates, and connect offenders to educational opportunities and employment after reentry into the community; and
