II COLORADO RIVER BASIN WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM

Sec. 201. Establishment of program

(a) In general. The Secretary shall establish a program, to be known as the Colorado River Basin Water Augmentation Program, to provide financial assistance for eligible water augmentation projects.

(b) Purpose. The purpose of the Program shall be to increase the supply of water available to the Colorado River Basin States through projects that augment, store, treat, transport, or otherwise increase the reliable supply of water available for beneficial use.
