I EXPEDITED FEDERAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING

Sec. 101. Covered project defined

In this title, the term covered project means a project—

(1) located—

(A) in a Colorado River Basin State; and

(B) outside the Colorado River Basin but designed to provide a water supply, energy supply, or other direct benefit to a Colorado River Basin State; or

(2) that the Secretary determines will materially increase, preserve, transport, store, treat, or otherwise support the availability of water for a Colorado River Basin State.
