I EXPEDITED FEDERAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING
II COLORADO RIVER BASIN WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM
III MEXICAN WATER TREATY AUGMENTATION
IV FEDERAL COLORADO RIVER WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
V ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
Nothing in this Act shall—
(1) establish, quantify, adjudicate, or modify a water right under State law;
(2) alter the priority of a water right established under State law;
(3) modify the decree entered by the Supreme Court of the United States in Arizona v. California, 547 U.S. 150 (2006), or any subsequent decree or order relating to the Colorado River; or
(4) modify an interstate compact except to the extent expressly authorized by Congress.
