I EXPEDITED FEDERAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING
II COLORADO RIVER BASIN WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM
(a) Establishment. There is established in the Treasury of the United States a fund to be known as the Colorado River Basin Water Augmentation Fund.
(b) Use of fund. Amounts in the fund established under subsection (a) shall be available to the Secretary, without further appropriation, to carry out this title.
(c) Availability. Amounts appropriated pursuant to this section shall remain available until expended.
